How was total IT support started ?
8 years ago, James Mackie was working as an IT Manager in London's West End. The company he was working for at the time went through a take over and the new managament offered James to work as a contractor rather than a full time employee.6 months later, another company requested James to manage their IT network and support their users and computers. It would not have been possible for him to support all these users on their own so he inlisted the help of Adam Gurney who was his first full-time MCSE qualified engineer.
The business grew and 7 years later here we are with 14 fully qualified IT support engineers.
We are pro-active in our approach to IT support and have learnt so much over the years in successfully monitoring IT networks that we have the process down to a fine art. We do not want to get 'too big' in terms of staff as all our clients appreciate the one-on-one approach and our customers cherish the relationship with the individuals at our company.
